Very simple, clean but it is kind of overused. But no one can't really find a good title that doesn't involve love, hurt, heart and stuff like that so 3 points! :]
Poster/Background: 10/10
I love your poster and background. Your poster has JaeBeom in it so a reader can guess that he has something important to do with the story and the dedication is nice too. Your background and poster go well with each other, it's not over the top but it's not some blah-crapola either.
Forewords: 5/5
Your forewords give a glimpse of the story but doesn't reveal everything. It catches the readers' attention, nice.
Plot: 12/15
The player, broken-hearted girl, and the player doesn't accept her feelings. A classic and basic plot but with a twist. I liked it. Very nice.
Flow: 9/10
It's a short-story and it's not that long but the flow was excellent.
Spelling/Grammar/Vocabulary: 14/15
Everything was flawless except for one little VERY tiny thing the 'I'm epic fail.' That doesn't make sense. If you used, 'I'm an epic fail or I'm an epic failure.' It would be more grammatically correct.
Characterization: 8/10
Right off the bat you can tell that the character whom you're reading the point of view has experienced pain. And you can tell that Jay is a player, right away considering you put it smack dab there for everyone to read it. But, I was kind of confuesd at the beginning. For a second, I thought Jay was yaoi in the story soo..yeah.
Originality: 8/10
Again the plot wasn't the ORIGINAL, ORIGINAL. But you made the story creative and made it your own so points for that.
Writing Style: 10/10
I think your writing style is wonderful and it was easy to read so points for that.
Overall Enjoyment: 4/5
Not the most amazing story I've ever read but it isn't the worst one. Pretty good actually. :]
